The Practice


Laying the foundation for creating safety in your body and restoring your body's natural state of embodying energy requires safety & presence.


This practice is not something to do when your body is disregulated. It is a practice that is meant to be done when you feel safe but want to start exploring bringing pleasure to the walled off parts of ourselves.

The Benefits


The main goal of this practice is to drop you deeply into your body, to play curiously with bringing pleasure to your body and starting to touch the edges of the walls you've put up and safely start to lower them.


The body stores our lives, both the conscious and unconscious. This practice uses breath work, intentional touch and deep presence to facilitate this gentle release of stagnant sexual energy. Helping you re-pattern the associations your body has with arousal & pleasure.
